Regulation<\/h3><\/div><\/div>

\u201cA student starting his training under the responsibility of the Methodology AGENT GLOBAL TENNIS\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/span>ACADEMY\u00a0<\/i><\/span>, all aspects of their athletic development and professional\u00a0<\/i><\/span>,\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/span>they will fall\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/span>solely on the crew of the Academy.\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

1. Regarding parents, after contacting and accepting our work system<\/h3><\/div><\/div>

A. Parents or guardians have the right to:<\/b><\/span><\/p>

  1. That the Academy apply the Methodology without any exception.<\/span><\/li>
  2. E\u00a0<\/span>star informed about the learning progress and integration of their children.<\/span><\/li>
  3. S\u00a0<\/span>er\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>heard\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>in decisions that\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>affect\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0the academic, professional sports and their children.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Be received by the Directorate of the Academy at established times by appointment.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    B. Parents or guardians have the obligation to:<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div>

    1. Seek adequate collaboration between the family and the Academy,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>in\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>order to achieve greater effectiveness in the training task.\u00a0To this end:<\/span>\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

      Asistir\u00e1n a las entrevistas y reuniones a las que sean convocados por el\u00a0<\/span>E<\/span>quipo\u00a0<\/span>T<\/span>\u00e9cnico o\u00a0<\/span>la<\/span>\u00a0D<\/span>irecci\u00f3n de la Academia para tratar asuntos relacionados con la formaci\u00f3n de sus hijos.<\/span><\/p>

      Adoptar\u00e1n las medidas necesarias para que sus hijos cumplan con el compromiso adquirido de formaci\u00f3n y asistan regularmente a\u00a0<\/span>las\u00a0<\/span>clase<\/span>s<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

      Estimular\u00e1n a sus hijos para que lleven a cabo las diversas actividades que se les encomienden y propiciar\u00e1n las circunstancias que, fuera de la Academia, puedan hacer m\u00e1s efectiva la acci\u00f3n formativa de\u00a0<\/span>la<\/span>\u00a0mism<\/span>a<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

      Animar\u00e1n, exigir\u00e1n y velar\u00e1n por\u00a0<\/span>el esfuerzo y\u00a0<\/span>el<\/span>\u00a0trabajo acad\u00e9mico y deportivo de sus hijos.<\/span><\/p>

      Informar\u00e1n a la\u00a0<\/span>D<\/span>irecci\u00f3n de aquellos aspectos de la personalidad y circunstancias de sus hijos que sean relevantes para su formaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n en el entorno de la Academia.<\/span><\/p>

      Apoyar\u00e1n las decisiones de la Direcci\u00f3n del Centro en el marco de\u00a0<\/span>sus\u00a0<\/span>respectivas competencias.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>

      3. Regarding the players, students of the Global Agent Tennis Academy<\/strong><\/div>
      • Students have the right to:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>
        1. Train and develop in a friendly and stimulating environment, designed to maximize their learning.<\/li>
        2. fair treatment in all matters, according to the base of Sports Ethics.<\/li>
        3. Receive training and education relevant to the program for which you are enrolled.<\/li><\/ol>
          • Students have an obligation to:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>
            1. Respect all the members of the Academy and other people who are related to the Center in the performance of activities and services.<\/li>
            2. Punctually attend both training and all the events scheduled by the Academy.<\/li>
            3. Avoid using expressions, gestures and vocabulary that may be offensive.<\/li>
            4. Maintain the most elementary norms of humanity in the forms and attitudes that arise within the development of the life of the center, respecting the privacy of others and the educational principles of the Global Agent Tennis Academy.<\/li>
            5. The students must be responsible for their own things and respect those of others.<\/li>
            6. Make responsible use of the facilities, furniture and materials of the Academy.<\/li>
            7. Keep all the facilities of the Academy clean. Maintain order in the arrangement and use of work material used on the court and other facilities.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
